1-Piece Ball Valve

1-Piece ball valves are fairly common ball valves and are often used in standard applications due to their cost-effectiveness and robustness. 1-Piece ball valves are also durable and suitable for applications with slightly reduced flow rates. As the name suggests, 1-piece ball valves consist of one casting, while 2- and 3-piece ball valves are constructed of multiple pieces. Due to the 1-piece body construction, this type of ball valve is leak-proof. And because the ball hole is smaller than the pipe, the flow through the valve is also reduced.

Mizup manufactures 1-piece flow reducing ball valves in two styles: double female threaded and female x male threaded. The materials meet ASTM standards. Our 1-piece ball valves are easy to use and suitable for light duty applications.
