Assembly Production

Our manufacturing process is according to the standard SOP in a clean room with constant temperature and air conditioning.
Every screw and nut for all the valve sizes have its standard torque value. We use a torque-controlled pneumatic wrench to tight to ensure the consistency and stability of product quality.

Our assembly room is also equipped with a CLASS 1000 clean room. From assembly to packaging, all operations are conducted in the clean room, providing a higher-level dust-free and oil-free assembly environment for semiconductor factories.
